If you enjoy a beer occasionally, keep your money out of the casino if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your handbag, your money belt, and leave all cash, plastic credit and checkbooks out of the casino. Only take only the cash you expect to use on refreshments, tips and few dollars you intend to squander and leave the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Not really. Just realistic. You could experience a win after a boozy night out with your acquaintances and be blessed enough to hook a marathon roll at a smokin craps game. Keep that adventure seeing that it’s as brief as it gets if you continually drink and wager. These activities just do not go well together.
Leaving your moola back at the hotel might be a bit excessive, but preventative actions for excessive behavior is essential. If you play to profit, then do not drink and gamble. If you like to burn your money nary a concern, then consume all the gratuitous alcohol you are able to handle, but don’t pack plastic credit and checkbooks to toss into the mix of chasing squanderings after your bombed brain loses every little thing!
Permit me to carry this a single step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then hop on the web to play in your favorite casino either. I love to drink from the comfort of my abode, but since I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit in close proximity, I can’t drink and wager.
Why? Although I do not drink a lot, when I consume alcohol, it’s clearly adequate to blur my better judgment. I wager, so I do not consume alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, do not gamble when you do. Both make for a decimating, and expensive, cocktail.
